As a self-proclaimed solo-agency for brands and friends, I communicate without much bumf, understandably and at eye level. It is almost a matter of course that I thank my customers, because I do not see myself as a service provider, but as strategic partner and expert in the field of UX / UI design, brand and digital storytelling with over 20 years of experience. I prefer to work with future-oriented startups and companies that not only make decisions on the safe side, but also bring courage and enthusiasm to change things. Reliability is extremely important to me, not only for myself, but also within my network. And if something does go wrong, you can be sure that I will set heaven and hell in motion for you.

I'm responsive

An idea that still seems innovative today is yesterday's news. I therefore consider projects with terms of over one year to be tough, inefficient and uneconomical. I would like to implement your project as quickly as possible with your constructive feedback and short communication channels.

I deserve your trust

You instruct me for a task that you cannot do yourself. This is absolutely fine, because after all you are not paying me for the things you already know, but for the things you do not yet know. Sometimes the obstacles appear more unchangeable than they really are.

I talk openly about money

Even if money alone does not give me the confirmation i'm striving for, i'm still a responsible professional and I need to be able to speak openly about money to you. Not to get the best possible price for me, but to find out how I can achieve the best possible result with your requirements and your budget.

I do not maintain a 'B' customer mentality

Your project deserves respect, no matter how big or small. Therefore, each of my projects receives the same level of attention. If my resources are insufficient, I will not accept new projects. That is why it is so important that my honesty and respect for you are paid fairly.

I do not participate in free pitches

My longstanding customers appreciate the value of creative work and know that design is a process. I cannot afford to offer my ideas and strategic resources free of charge. I would much rather convince you of my positive drive and find out with a cup of coffee whether i'm the right partner for you. You can ask me any question that comes to mind. This creates the basis for good cooperation.

Design variant is just another word for compromise

According to my philosophy, the strategic concept always comes first. All subsequent design decisions and measures can be traced back to the previously developed strategy. Design variants force us as a team to soften this strategy in order to make it applicable for several options and are therefore not useful for the project.

For my years of experience and expertise, for my objective view from the outside, for solving your problem and for the strategic and design measures necessary to achieve these goals. Show me the problem, not the solution.
